OK. It's zero hour. Time to get final details sorted for Bridge Songs TEN. We still need plenty of volunteer help and volunteers get in free!
There are plenty of shifts available, ranging from set up to tear down to hanging a show to gallery hosting to food service or cleanup. Or ticket taking.
Here are some of the Saturday needs we still have;
- Event set up - 3-5 PM
- Ticket sales - 8:30-9:30 PM
- Tear down - 9:45 - 11 PM
- Gala clean up - 10:30 - 11:30 PM
- Gallery strike and dismantle - 10:30 - 11:30 PM
Each shift is brief and well defined. Many won't even take time away from the performance. If you can lend a hand, please do - thanks!
