New Creative Retreat Option and Small, Slow & Beautiful Updates

Our Small, Slow and Beautiful Retreat is less than 2 months away and we've got some big news today.

First, we have decided to cancel our dedicated painting option. We are sad to do this because Jennifer Berkenbosch, our guide for the sessions, is awesome. The short story we didn't have the registration numbers we needed to proceed and we'd rather cancel now than wait and perhaps still cancel last minute.

This change gives us an opportunity to refocus on our Poetry Workshop with Stephen T Berg, and retool our 'open retreat option' into something much more exciting - a brand new Creative Retreat option, at the same low price!

Build Your Creative Retreat

Like our former Open Retreat option, Creative Retreat lets you build your own experience with several hours dedicated to the creative disciple of your choice. Now, you'll also get some short inspirational check-ins with our retreat leaders throughout the weekend, and access to our all-new Creative Clubhouse.

Creative Clubhouse

This special space will be set apart for cross-pollination, inspiration and play. Work on your writing while a friend paints a portrait across the table. Lay down guitar chords inspired by the sketches of another artist.

The Creative Clubhouse will be accessible throughout the weekend and some materials and activities will be provided to kickstart your creative energy and experimentation.

Sometimes all we need to get to work is the presence of others. Sometimes we want some feedback. There may be a skill you have that another participant will be happy to learn by watching you work.

Of course, there are plenty of private workspaces for Creative Retreat participants.

If you want to explore your creativity and the way it relates to your faith - while meeting others on the journey - this Creative Retreat is for you.
